Score and Interpretation Guide
Group Juice Awareness Ratio:
Above 1.2: You likely have a strong impact on the groups you join. Continue leveraging this strength while developing sensitivity to how group dynamics also affect you.
0.8 to 1.2: You have a balanced awareness of how a group’s juice flows both ways. This healthy balance allows you to be responsive while maintaining your influence.
Less than 0.8: You may be more receptive to group energy than influential in shaping it. Focus on developing your ability to consciously impact the groups you belong to.
Total Juice Awareness Score:
65-80: Juice Mastery. You demonstrate exceptional awareness and skill in navigating and directing social energy in ways that benefit both yourself and your groups.
49-64: Juice Leadership. You have high awareness of group dynamics and actively work to shape positive environments while managing external influences on yourself.
33-48: Active Awareness. You have a good foundation in understanding social dynamics and are working to become more intentional about them.
16-32: Developing Awareness. You’re beginning to notice the invisible forces of a group’s juice but may not yet consistently recognize or direct these dynamics.
Reflection Questions
Describe a time when the juice of a group uplifted you. What made it powerful?
Describe a time when you contributed to the juice of a group in a meaningful way. What did you do? How did others react?
Think about a time when you felt pressured to conform. Did you go along with the group, or did you resist? What was the outcome?
Identify a group, team, or culture that you are currently a part of. How does it shape your juice? Do you influence it more than it influences you?
What steps can you take to be more intentional about shaping the juice of your groups in a positive way?
Next Steps: Harnessing Social Energy
Based on your reflection, commit to three actions that will help you contribute to and navigate group energy more effectively in the coming weeks:
1. Personal Group Commitment: One specific way I will improve my own contribution in group settings is: _______________________________________________
____________________________________________________________________________
2. Observation and Awareness: One practice I will adopt to be more mindful of how groups are influencing me is: __________________________________________________
____________________________________________________________________________
3. Positive Influence: One action I will take to uplift a group or community I’m a part of is: _______________________________________________________________________
____________________________________________________________________________
Your juice matters not just for you, but for every group and every circle you influence. Every interaction has the potential to shift the energy of a group in a positive or negative direction. The more aware and intentional you are about your influence, the more empowered you will be to bring the juice to your teams, organizations, and communities.
This assessment is intended as a reflective and developmental reference tool, designed to offer insights into energy patterns and influence dynamics. It is not a clinical, psychological, or psychometric assessment, nor has it undergone formal clinical validation or testing. Results should be interpreted as guidance for self-awareness and growth, rather than as diagnostic conclusions.
