Scoring and Interpretation Guide
Each answer has a corresponding score:
A = 4 points
B = 3 points
C = 2 points
D = 1 point
Total your score and check your results below:
21 - 24 points: Transformational Energy Mastery
You have a strong ability to delay gratification, control impulses, and focus on long-term rewards. Your energy investment is deeply connected to a higher purpose, and you’re likely to achieve lasting success. Keep using your “why” as your compass.
16 - 20 points: Future-Focused, but Still Refining Discipline
You generally prioritize long-term success but may occasionally struggle with distractions or immediate temptations. Strengthening your impulse control and refining your purpose-driven decision-making will help maximize your energy investment over time.
10 - 15 points: Balancing Present vs. Future, Needs Improvement
You sometimes recognize the value of patience and long-term effort, but impulses or short-term desires frequently pull you off course. Identifying your “why” more clearly and creating small accountability systems can help.
6 - 9 points: Immediate Gratification Over Long-Term Success
You tend to prioritize short-term comfort over delayed rewards, which can limit your long-term potential. Developing self-discipline habits, reframing setbacks as part of growth, and practicing mindful decision-making will help you build transformational energy.

Next Steps: Your Energy Over Time
Identify your lowest-scoring section (Decision Making Under Pressure, Impulse Control and Daily Habits, Connection to Purpose and Future-Focused Thinking).
Choose one low-scoring question to focus on for the next week.
Write down an idea, strategy, or area for change you can make in that area.
Reassess in one month to measure your progress.
Your ability to delay gratification and maintain a future-focused mindset is critical to sustaining transformational behaviors over time. Use your score as a starting point, not a final verdict. Growth is always possible. Your most powerful energy comes from choosing what you want most over what you want now.
What’s your juice telling you to choose today?
This assessment is intended as a reflective and developmental reference tool, designed to offer insights into energy patterns and influence dynamics. It is not a clinical, psychological, or psychometric assessment, nor has it undergone formal clinical validation or testing. Results should be interpreted as guidance for self-awareness and growth, rather than as diagnostic conclusions.
Your Seven-Day Energy Action Plan
Now that you understand your energy, use this simple seven-day plan to begin transforming your juice:
Day 1: Energy Awareness
Set three phone alarms throughout the day. When each alarm sounds, stop and ask: “What’s my juice right now?” Note your energy level, mood, and what you’re doing.
Day 2: Energy Triggers
Identify your top three energy amplifiers and your top three energy drains. Be specific about people, activities, environments, and thoughts that affect your juice.
Day 3: Intentional Response
When facing a challenge today, consciously choose your specific energy response rather than simply reacting automatically. Pause, breathe, and decide what energy you want to bring.
Day 4: Energy Reset
Create a 2-minute reset ritual you can use anywhere (deep breathing, visualization, quick movement, etc.). Use it at least three times today.
Day 5: Energy Transfer
Notice how your energy impacts one person today. Experiment with intentionally elevating someone else’s energy through your interaction.
Day 6: Purpose Connection
Write down how your daily tasks connect to your larger purpose. How does this shift the energy you bring to routine activities?
Day 7: Integration
Review your E-Flow results from chapter one again and select one energy practice to continue for the next 21 days. The most powerful transformations happen with consistent small actions.
