Scoring and Interpretation Guide
Add up your total score:
65-75: Juice Amplifier
You’re part of (or creating) a high-energy, cohesive team environment. Your team has mastered the art of aligning individual energies toward shared goals.
Challenge: How might you help other teams in your organization develop this same energy field?
50-64: Juice Builder
Your team demonstrates strong energy alignment in many areas. There’s a solid foundation of trust and purpose, though some situations may still drain collective juice.
Challenge: Identify the specific circumstances where energy falters and develop strategies to maintain momentum through those moments.
35-49: Juice Navigator
Your team experiences both powerful energy alignments and energy drains. Like the Robbers Cave experiment, your group may oscillate between competition and cooperation.
Challenge: Focus on building psychological safety and redirecting competitive energy toward shared challenges.
20-34: Juice Seeker
Your team struggles to consistently align its juice toward common goals. Individual energies may work at cross-purposes.
Challenge: Start with small, meaningful wins that everyone can contribute to, building trust through shared accomplishment.
Below 20: Juice Reset Needed
Your team environment may be characterized by energy depletion or toxic exchanges.
Challenge: Have an honest conversation about purpose and psychological safety, perhaps with the help of a neutral facilitator.
Reflection Questions
Which statements received your highest score? What does this reveal about your team’s strengths?
Which statements received your lowest score? What opportunity for improvement does this highlight?
Think of a time when a team you were on found its “swing.” What conditions made this possible?
How might you personally contribute to improving your team’s alignment?
What one team ritual or practice could you suggest to better harness your collective juice?
Team juice isn’t fixed—it’s constantly in motion. By being intentional about how you direct and align your juice with others, you can transform any group’s potential.
This assessment is intended as a reflective and developmental reference tool, designed to offer insights into energy patterns and influence dynamics. It is not a clinical, psychological, or psychometric assessment, nor has it undergone formal clinical validation or testing. Results should be interpreted as guidance for self-awareness and growth, rather than as diagnostic conclusions.
